Where we ship
MODTAC ships via UPS domestically and to the following international zones: European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and North America. If you live outside these zones and are interested in our product, please contact us.
MODTAC fulfills orders as quickly as possible with a guaranteed pickup/drop off service of twice a week. If you need your package expedited, please call us prior to your order to verify stock.
From time to time our inventory drops below what is reflected on the site. All orders are shipped as soon as the components for the entire order are ready to go. You will receive tracking information when the label is created. Typically, your order will be picked up within 1 business day of creating the label. If your tracking number does not show any movement, please wait 24 hours, and check again.
If your Item shows “back ordered” on the product page, then your order may take up to 8 weeks to ship after placing the order.
