Measurement Guide
Please understand that it is your responsibility to follow the measurement guide provided on each product page. After a product ships, there may be restocking fees and additional shipping fees if shield length needs to be changed due to mis-measure.
Where we ship
MODTAC ships via UPS domestically and to the following international zones: European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and North America. If you live outside these zones and are interested in our product, please contact us.
Fulfillment
MODTAC strives to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Due to increased demand of our products, it may take up to 2 weeks to process and ship “in-stock” items. If you need your package expedited, please call us prior to placing the order to verify stock, and ensure fasting shipping.
From time to time our inventory drops below what is reflected on the site. All orders are shipped as soon as the components for the entire order are ready to go. You will receive tracking information when the label is created. Typically, your order will be picked up within 1 business day of creating the label. If your tracking number does not show any movement, please wait 24 hours, and check again.
Lengths of Shields
Before finalizing your order, please ensure that you have read our measurement guide on the product page, and that you understand how to measure, and that you’re ordering the correct length. Failure to order the correct length may incur additional shipping costs, and/or restocking fee to obtain the correct length shield.
Back Orders
If your Item shows “back ordered” on the product page, or you have called in a phone order that is on backorder, then your order may take up to 8 weeks to ship after placing the order.
